IT Specialist
OVERVIEW
We are an American-based company with a growing team and are looking for a full-time, remote IT Specialist to support our employees and maintain the technology infrastructure that powers our operations. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing system updates, and ensuring a secure and efficient digital environment for all employees.

DUTIES & DELIVERABLES
Technical Support: Provide remote support for hardware, software, and network issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of company systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Security and Compliance: Implement and monitor security measures to protect company data, staying compliant with industry standards and regulations.
User Training: Create user guides and provide training to employees on new software or system updates.
IT Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT processes, equipment inventory, and user requests.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Experience working in an IT support position for a fully remote company
- Experience working with GCP networks, and Google Workspace
- Experience working with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Hubspot, Close are all assets)
- Experience with building and maintaining automations for repetitive operation procedures is an asset
GOALS
Efficient Issue Resolution: Resolve 90% of technical issues within the first 24 hours.
System Uptime: Ensure system uptime of 99% or higher by conducting regular maintenance and preemptive troubleshooting.
Security Compliance: Implement and monitor security measures to maintain a compliant, secure infrastructure
