Job Summary
The Agency Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional talent to support Netrevenue LLC’s mission and objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet hiring goals and act as a strategic partner to align talent acquisition efforts with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Identify, source, and attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
- Candidate Management:
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values.
- Manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends.
- Process Optimization:
- Develop and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
- Employer Branding:
- Act as an ambassador for Netrevenue LLC, promoting the company’s culture, values, and opportunities.
- Work on initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand in target markets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an agency or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
