Job Summary

The Agency Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional talent to support Netrevenue LLC’s mission and objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet hiring goals and act as a strategic partner to align talent acquisition efforts with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
    • Identify, source, and attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values.
    • Manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
    • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Develop and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Act as an ambassador for Netrevenue LLC, promoting the company’s culture, values, and opportunities.
    • Work on initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand in target markets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an agency or high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
